• Cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

• Expires one year from date of purchase. 

• Certificates are transferable. (Must have permission to transfer from purchaser.)

The client is required to bring certificate to the session for redemption.

Minutes will be deducted from the session if client is late for appointment.

 

Cancellation/No Show:
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel your appointment. Last minute cancellations and no shows forfeit the certificate. No compensation will be given.

Wounded Warrior Gift Certificate Fund:

Did you receive a gift certificate that you intend to not use? Did you know you can donate that to a wounded solider? Just call to donate your gift certificate at 817-966-1020. Did you give a certificate that you're love one didn't use? Before it expires please encourage your loved one to use it or give it to a wounded solider in need.
