Everyday millions of Americans suffer from chronic and acute pain. A simple solution to the problem is massage therapy. Two of the most common issues people have are work related stress and pain associated with injury. To have a better quality of life you must first make a conscious decision to reduce those symptoms and increase your quality of life by incorporating massage therapy in your health management plan.

All sessions are 90 minute to 2 hour sessions to focus on facilitating in healing of your body with bamboo massage, energy work and other therapies.  

In the past year there has been changes to the services that I offer. To better serve my current clientele I offer bamboo, vacuum cupping, cranial sacral, lymphatic and energy therapy.
